Around 22 February, 2024 I simplified my time management system. => [[Simplicity is power]] Idea was taken from [[Eliott Meunier]] Atomic Timing. Now I very simply get all my must-do in my calendar, then the day before I timeblock 1 to 3 hours intentions for the next day when time is available. This timeblock is an option, and in case I don't feel in the right energy state for the activity I scheduled, I fall back onto activities I planned ahead for the current life phase, sorted between four emotional states: 1. Tired 2. Overwhelmed 3. Curious 4. Creative/Thinking Each life phase also has its goals and is oriented towards long-term vision, while being aligned with my mood of the moment, with no pre-defined unit of time assigned to it.
