While I was curious about [[Jessie Inchauspé]]'s work at first, I discovered a few days ago [her book](https://www.amazon.fr/Faites-Glucose-Revolution-Jessie-Inchausp%C3%A9/dp/2221256778) was about a diet to lose weigth.
I started feeling strongly against her work and I don't really know why. I believe I have a personal bias against diets, even though I'm more or less following [[Bryan Johnson]]'s Blueprint Protocol at the moment.
I'm willing to check her credentials as a biochemist and possibly her book(s) next. It doesn't matter to me if her diet works, but I'm quite interested if the science behind it is legit.
